How do I return an item?

Enclosed in your order, you will find a returns form with 4 simple instructions on how to return your item/s to us.
All goods supplied by Sports Bulk Suppliers are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty.
We do NOT offer returns on personalised clothing with printing or embroidery. Solent University is exempt from this.

For Solent University returns; if you wish to enclose a receipt of your postage costs, we will process a refund to cover the cost of this postage.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shirts are to be returned along with the original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach Sports Bulk. Please make sure that you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods. We do not offer a free returns service, however if you return items to us for replacement, we despatch the replacement goods to you free of charge. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to Sports Bulk, at the price you purchased them. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent to you in error. If you wish to return items for exchange or refunds, you can send the items back using their original packaging with a courier of your choice.

Our complaints procedure


Sports Bulk Suppliers aim to provide high quality services and products which meet your needs, wants and expectations. We believe we achieve this most of the time, however if we are not getting it right please let us know.

In order to ensure our services remain at a high and improving standard, we have a complaints procedure through which you can notify us of any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with us here at Sports Bulk Suppliers.

If you are unhappy about any service or product which Sports Bulk Suppliers has provided, please contact the specialised administration team at office@sportsbulk.co.uk . The administration team will pass your complaint onto the relevant member of the complaints management team. The relevant individual will get back to you within 72 hours to communicate and liaise with yourself to resolve the issue at hand.

If you are unhappy with an individual person within Sports Bulk Suppliers, please adhere to the invariable procedure as above, by contacting office@sportsbulk.co.uk and inputting the individual’s name within the content of your epistle. You may be directed coherently on the individual or their representative manager.

Often we will be able to give you a coherent response immediately. On some occasions, when the matter protrudes as more complicated, we will provide you with an initial response within 72 hours.

Making a written complaint

If you are not satisfied with our response or wish to raise the matter more formally, please write to the Chief Executive.

All written complaints will be logged. You will receive a written acknowledgement within 5 working days.

The aim is to investigate your complaint thoroughly and correctly and provide an informative response within 10 working days, setting out how the problem will be dealt with. If this is not possible, an interim response will be made informing you of the action taken to date or being considered.

If after we have responded you are still not satisfied, please write to the Director who will report the matter to the next meeting of the Trustees, which will decide on any further steps to resolve the situation.

Finally, please also let us know if you are happy with Sports Bulk Suppliers' services, as we appreciate all feedback and utilise it to constantly improve.
